Combining my skills as an Eden Energy Medicine practitioner and Inner Work Life Coach, I focus on connecting you to your own inner wisdom and empowerment, with an emphasis on self care. I use a hands-on, holistic approach to provide assessments and interventions that focus on the body's electromagnetic and subtle energy systems, addressing both emotional and physical issues. When blockages are cleared and energy can flow, healing, balance and peace can be restored in your body, mind and heart. Through various forms of energy work, I'll coach you through the recognition and release of emotional triggers and subconscious beliefs, releasing them from the body and creating new pathways in the brain.
This truly is a transformational practice, yet so simple in its essence! I love honoring the connections between our emotions and our health, our beliefs and our reality. Energy work is beautiful and powerful and unique to you. It can move you out of your old patterns and into the freedom of possibility. I have a deep love for energy work and a profound respect for the brilliance of each person’s innate inner wisdom. I'm so grateful to be sharing this work in the world.

Session Offerings
Deep Balancing Session
Each session is unique and tailored too the needs and intention of the client. Includes assessment of the energies using muscle testing (kinesiology), balancing protocols, and integration and relaxation to stabilize the newly balanced energies.
Remote or in-person 90 mins $120
3 Session package $300
Blessings, Clearings, Ceremonies
Lets create something together that is beautifully tailored to your needs. It may be a lively new home blessing, a private home clearing, or a more heart centered ceremony, a new baby blessing vs. the ordinary baby shower. Whatever gathering or special event is happening in your life, I can help you define your intentions and create a truly meaningful experience.
